Please read the text of the User Agreement carefully. By investing with us you state that you agree with and fully accept our Member Agreement.

1. GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

• We accept deposits via libertyreserve only.

• The minimum deposit requirement for initial deposits is $5.00. There is no maximum deposit limitation.

• Daily Interest is paid only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays). No daily interest is paid on weekends or official holidays.

• We pay the Referral commission of 10-15% for every amount your referral has deposited with us via liberty reserve. Just enter your refer's liberty reserve account in to the memo line.

2. LEGAL NOTICE

• You acknowledge and accept the fact that our services are fully available to any individual/legal entity in any jurisdiction of the world.

• You state under the penalty of perjury that you are at least 18 years of age or of any other legal age in any particular jurisdiction.

• You acknowledge and fully accept the fact that we, in our sole discretion, may update this User Agreement and that all updates to this Agreement will come into effect instantly upon posting of the updates.

• You are obliged to review this User Agreement each time you visit our website, so that you stay informed about and agree to all updates made to the User Agreement.

• You acknowledge and fully accept the fact that no information that can be found on this website constitutes a solicitation, offer or recommendation to buy/sell any financial instruments (including, but not limited to stocks, bonds, etc.).

• You fully understand and accept the fact that we do not provide any legal, tax and investment services. You are strongly advised to consult your personal or local tax, financial and investment advisor prior to venturing into investments of any sort.

• You understand and fully accept the fact that we may at times, at our sole discretion, lower the interest rates we offer due to market fluctuations.

• You acknowledge and accept the fact that we reserve the right to refuse or cease rendering our services to any individual/legal entity if we suspect that the funds invested with us by this individual/legal entity may come from illegal activities which include, but are not limited to pornography, trafficking, money-laundering, bribery, etc. We will inform and cooperate to the fullest with the respective authorities should if we learn about any funds invested with us that come from any illegal activities.

• You acknowledge and accept the fact that we reserve the right to close any account without prior notice if we find violation of any of the terms of our User Agreement by any of our users.

3. COMMUNICATION

All communication between you and us will be done by e-mail or through notices and news updates posted on our website. You fully agree to receive emails and regularly read notices and news updates posted on our website.

4. USER ACCOUNT PROTECTION

• You are responsible for the protection of your account with us. This includes, but is not limited to keeping your account confidential and restricting access to your PC.

• You agree with and accept the fact that you bear sole responsibility for all activities and that occur within your account.

5. COPYRIGHT POLICY

• All the contents of this website, including texts, graphics, button icons, images and software are the property of linvestment.net and are protected by the copyright laws of any particular jurisdiction.

• By using our services you state that you agree to abide by all applicable intellectual property laws.

 6. LINKED WEBSITES

Our website may display links to other websites that have been developed and are operated by third parties. You understand and fully accept the fact that we do not bear responsibility for any contents on the websites that may be linked to our website.

7. ANTI-SPAM POLICY

• We do not tolerate spam in any of its various forms. Should you receive any spam emails that purportedly come from us, immediately report them to our customer service.

• By signing up for an account with us you agree to abide by our Anti-Spam policy and to inform us of any instances of spam that may affect us.

• Any user caught spamming will lose his/her account permanently without a prior notice.
